At Vellura Shapes, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Vellura Shapes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Note: Due to high demand and external shipping factors, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vellura Shapes, we take hygiene and product quality seriously. To ensure the safety of all customers, we have a strict No Returns, No Exchanges policy on our silicone hip and butt enhancers.

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Please carefully review our size guide before purchasing. If you need assistance, contact us before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement:

  • Email support@vellurashapes.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If approved, we will send a replacement for the same item, subject to availability.

Important: We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for claims made after 48 hours of delivery or if the item shows signs of wear or tampering.
